From the trailer park to Beverly Hills and now back to Texas, Tiffany Hendra inspires women from all walks of life to live their most confident, authentic, stylish and purposeful lives.  She is a wife, TV host, empowerment & media coach, creator of Sanctuary Of Style and former cast member of Bravo’s Real Housewives Of Dallas.  With her spitfire, but nurturing attitude, Tiffany gives women the nudge they need to step out of their comfort zone and take ownership of their dreams.  Her vision is for women to live in freedom by overcoming their negative programming from the past, give up victimhood, find their voice and stand boldly in their power and authenticity - 100%.  Tiffany wholeheartedly understands why women live below their potential at a painful 50-65% authenticity level wearing the various masks of what they "think" others want or need them to be.  She has been there, done that.  Everyone wants to "find their purpose", but Tiffany believes we must focus on our authenticity and relationship with ourself and God first.  How can we find out what we are put on the planet for if we don't even know who we are?  In 2002, Tiffany met God on a bathroom floor in West Hollywood when she hit rock bottom...

the beginning of a long journey that would transform her mess into her message.

She never thought she was a coach or mentor type…

As Tiffany began to heal from her past, she knew in every fiber of her being that she had to help other struggling women live healthier, empowered and more stylish lives.  She immersed herself in coaching, studying, researching, and learning everything she could about beauty, health, spirituality, confidence building, style, image, feminine power and personal development.  She took a hiatus from television and...

  • Taught self-development class at an acting school in Burbank, CA for teen girls.

  • Took skincare courses and became a consultant/trainer for a leading skincare company teaching women how to change their lives through entrepreneurship.

  • Clothing buyer for a woman’s boutique on the popular 3rd Street in Los Angeles.

  • Sought out and studied with leading female mentors in the areas of business and spirituality.

  • Volunteered at a shelter for homeless pregnant women in Venice, CA and created an 8-Week curriculum to help them transform self-defeating behaviors in order to become healthy mothers.

As Tiffany continued reconnecting to God and her spirit,

she sought out other spiritually-conscious women and started an empowerment group and prayer circle for fashion and entertainment industry professionals.  They met every other week for over 5 years and are still "spirit sisters' today".  All of these experiences and hundreds of hours of training strengthened her skills, as well as her passion, in becoming a mentor and coach.  Now, through The Coaching Sanctuary, she is able to continue her love of working on-camera and use it for a greater purpose - being of service to women.  “Sometimes when we’re running from our past, we run smack into our purpose”, says Tiff.

She found her calling.. or her calling found her.

When Tiff isn’t working in front of the camera or with clients, you can find her binging on homemade popcorn and old movies or Game Of Thrones with her Aussie singer-songwriter hubby Aaron Hendra.  Otherwise, you can find her journaling, powerwalking or planning her next project.  An artist and gypsy at heart, Tiff loves to trot the globe in search of interesting hiking spots, yoga studios, vintage boutiques, art museums and great meals.  She and her hubby share a passion for God, music, humanitarian efforts, rocker tees and a good chat over a strong cup of coffee.
