Tiffany Hendra inspires mission-driven women from around the world to live their most authentic, healthy, purposeful and courageous lives. She is a wife, TV personality, global empowerment life coach, creator of the YouTube Channel, Sanctuary Of Style which has graduated into The Coaching Sanctuary™, an empowerment company for women. In 2016, Tiffany was inducted into the Bravo housewives sorority as a season one cast member on Real Housewives Of Dallas. She now hosts and co-produces her own show #SOTHRIVE with Tiffany Hendra. Her mission is to help women get out of survival mode and truly thrive!

In 2002, Tiffany hit rock bottom and met God on a bathroom floor in West Hollywood from a near opiate overdose. This was the beginning of a long mental, physical and spiritual journey that would ultimately transform her mess into her message. This journey ignited a deep passion to empower women around the world to do the same. She found her calling or her calling found her.

As Tiffany began to heal from her past, she knew in every fiber of her being that she had to help other struggling women live healthier, empowered and more stylish lives. She took a hiatus from her busy television career as a TV Host to focus on her healing.
Now, through The Coaching Sanctuary™, she is able to continue her love of working on-camera and use it for a greater purpose - being of service to women. “Sometimes when we’re running from our past, we run smack into our purpose”, says Tiff.

When Tiff isn’t working in front of the camera or with clients, you will find her in the kitchen cooking her latest healthy concoction with her Aussie singer-songwriter hubby Aaron Hendra. Otherwise, you can find her out on her nature walks or planning her next project. An artist and gypsy at heart, Tiff loves to trot the globe in search of interesting hiking spots, vintage boutiques, art museums and great meals. She and her hubby share a passion for God, music, humanitarian efforts, rocker tees and a good chat over a strong cup of coffee.
